We are seeing an increasing incidence of offshore sourced lining material and of offshore made thermal curtains where the coating material is breaking down in our sun in a matter of 12 months or so. It seems that they are not UV proof and the coating burns and looks like some of the photo’s.
It will not clean off and when washed will lose the coating including the thermal coating.
If you encounter this go back to your supplier and request a refund..
